With reference to the above subject and reference, a time bound program for making online transfers from the computerized system to the transfers of the demands of the primary teachers has been sent along with this. The necessary instructions are as follows, which will be taken into consideration. 1. Firstly every district primary on the given website wwww.dpegujarat.in
The Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to login with Default Password and enter the vacancies by changing the Password. Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section. (1, Language, 2. Mathematics-Science, ૩, Social Nan) () As on 31/08/20, as per the approved establishment, on 31/12/2020, vacancies are filled.

Officer will have to verify the required supporting evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding receipt of the application.  Remarks on approval / disapproval in the application should be followed and action should be taken as per order-6.  All the applications given in the District / Town Education Committee login given on the website to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt.  After the completion of the above work, the transfer order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules.  The primary teachers / education assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print out of the transfer order from the website themselves, the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.  The District Primary Education Officer / Govt.   The printed signature of the District Education Officer / Governing Officer of that district will be considered valid.  Teachers will have to take adequate care in choosing the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the school online.  Let the teachers know enough about it.  Before executing the transfer order, the transfer order has to be verified by the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer and the transfer order has to be signed by them.
 Taking into consideration the above details, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/2012 and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher / teaching assistant should be done through online computerized system.  Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021, the teacher will have to give the option of going to upper primary.  Based on this, option camp will have to be organized from 01/05/2021 to 05/05/2021.  If there are pending applications for transfer of district division which are applicable after option camp, then that district will have to take action regarding district division camp.  After that, as on 01/06/2021, the district transfer camp will have to be organized by 07/06/2021.

 उपर्युक्त विषय और संदर्भ के साथ, प्राथमिक शिक्षकों की मांगों के हस्तांतरण के लिए कम्प्यूटरीकृत प्रणाली से ऑनलाइन स्थानांतरण करने का एक समयबद्ध कार्यक्रम इसके साथ भेजा गया है।  आवश्यक निर्देश निम्नानुसार हैं, जिन्हें ध्यान में रखा जाएगा।  1. सबसे पहले दिए गए वेबसाइट wwww.dpegujarat.in पर हर जिले के प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकारी अधिकारी को डिफ़ॉल्ट पासवर्ड के साथ लॉगिन करना होगा और पासवर्ड बदलकर रिक्तियों को दर्ज करना होगा।  विषयवार रिक्त स्थान ऊपरी प्राथमिक अनुभाग में इंगित किए जाने चाहिए।  (१, भाषा, २. गणित-विज्ञान, Social, सामाजिक नेन) () ३१/०20/२०१२ को, ३१/१२/२०२० को स्वीकृत स्थापना के अनुसार रिक्त पद भरे गए हैं।

 जिन शिक्षकों को आबंटन का आदेश दिया गया है, उन्हें बर्खास्त न करने के मामले में, शिक्षक के मौजूदा स्कूल को रिक्ति के रूप में दिखाया जाएगा, और जिस स्कूल को आवंटन किया गया है।  यदि प्राथमिक शिक्षक / शिक्षण सहायक को पहले ही आंतरिक या जिलेवार स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया हो और 10% से अधिक रिक्ति के कारण बर्खास्त न किया गया हो तो रिक्ति को भरा हुआ माना जाएगा।
 रिक्ति को रिक्ति के रूप में चिह्नित किया जाएगा और स्थानांतरण विद्यालय में रिक्ति के रूप में माना जाएगा।  (डी) (५) किसी भी जिले में किसी भी स्थान के लिए नाम, ऐसे स्थान जो किसी भी मामले में खर्च किए जा सकते हैं

 रहेगा।  फिर आवश्यक समर्थन साक्ष्य संबंधित तालुका प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकार को प्रस्तुत करना होगा।  संबंधित तालुका प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकारी अधिकारी आवश्यक सहायक साक्ष्यों का सत्यापन करना चाहिए और आवेदन की प्राप्ति के बारे में संबंधित प्राथमिक शिक्षक / शैक्षिक सहायक को पहुँच प्रदान करना चाहिए।  आवेदन मेंअनुमोदन / नहीं रिमार्क्स रिमार्क्स सभी आवेदन व्यक्तिगत रूप से जिला प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को 16.00 बजे तक 06/02/2021 को भेजे जाने चाहिए।  सरकार के अधिकारी को आवश्यक सहायक साक्ष्यों की जांच करनी होगी और आवेदन की प्राप्ति के बारे में संबंधित प्राथमिक शिक्षक / शैक्षिक सहायक को एक्सेस देना होगा।  आवेदन में अनुमोदन / अस्वीकृति पर टिप्पणी का पालन किया जाना चाहिए और आदेश -6 के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।  जिला / नगर शिक्षा समिति में दिए गए सभी आवेदन वेबसाइट पर संबंधित जिला प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकार को दिए गए हैं।  उपरोक्त कार्य के पूरा होने के बाद, नियमानुसार पात्र प्राथमिक शिक्षकों / शिक्षण सहायकों का स्थानांतरण आदेश कंप्यूटर सॉफ्टवेयर द्वारा तैयार किया जाएगा।  प्राथमिक शिक्षक / शिक्षा सहायक जिन्होंने स्थानांतरण के लिए आवेदन किया है और वे नियमानुसार स्थानांतरण के लिए पात्र हैं, उन्हें स्वयं, तालुका प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकार से स्थानांतरण आदेश का प्रिंट प्राप्त करना होगा।  जिला प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकारी अधिकारी को पूरे स्थानांतरण आदेश को प्रिंट करना होगा और इसे रखना होगा।  कम्प्यूटरीकृत प्रतिस्थापन
  उस जिले के जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी / शासी अधिकारी के मुद्रित हस्ताक्षर को वैध माना जाएगा।  शिक्षकों को ऑनलाइन स्कूल का चयन करते समय डाइस कोड और स्कूल का नाम चुनने में पर्याप्त सावधानी बरतनी होगी, चयन के अनुसार ऑनलाइन किए गए स्थानांतरण आदेश को किसी भी परिस्थिति में रद्द नहीं किया जाएगा।  शिक्षकों को इसके बारे में पर्याप्त जानकारी दें।  स्थानांतरण आदेश को निष्पादित करने से पहले, स्थानांतरण आदेश को तालुका प्राथमिक शिक्षा अधिकारी / सरकारी अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित किया जाना चाहिए और स्थानांतरण आदेश उनके द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होना चाहि
  उपरोक्त विवरणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, 23/05/2012 के प्रस्तावों का अध्ययन करने के बाद और समय-समय पर प्राथमिक शिक्षक / शिक्षण सहायक का स्थानांतरण ऑनलाइन कम्प्यूटरीकृत प्रणाली के माध्यम से किया जाना चाहिए।  इस प्रक्रिया के पूरा होने पर, संकल्प के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, 01/04/2021 से 30/04/2021 तक, शिक्षक को उच्च प्राथमिक में जाने का विकल्प देना होगा।  इसके आधार पर, विकल्प शिविर का आयोजन 01/05/2021 से 05/05/2021 तक किया जाएगा।  यदि जिला विभाग के स्थानांतरण के लिए आवेदन लंबित हैं, जो विकल्प शिविर के बाद लागू होते हैं, तो उस जिले को जिला विभाजन शिविर के संबंध में कार्रवाई करनी होगी।  उसके बाद, 01/06/2021 को, जिला स्थानांतरण शिविर का आयोजन 07/06/2021 तक करना होगा।ए।
