Payment Gateways Continue To Charge Fees For UPI, RuPay Transactions Flouting Govt Notification, CBDT Steps In: Report

इकोनॉमिक टाइम्स की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, कई पेमेंट गेटवे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर्स मर्चेंट को चार्ज करने और यूनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस (UPI) और RuPay कार्ड्स का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए एक सरकारी नोटिफिकेशन दे रहे हैं।
केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (CBDT) ने UPI और RuPay कार्ड लेनदेन के लिए शुल्क के संबंध में सेवा प्रदाताओं को उनके रुख पर ध्यान दिया है।
अगस्त 2020 में, सीबीडीटी ने बैंकों को RuPay या UPI का उपयोग करके भुगतान के लिए एकत्रित किसी भी शुल्क को वापस करने का निर्देश दिया है।
दिसंबर 2019 की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, सरकार ने UPI और RuPay को भुगतान के निर्धारित तरीकों के रूप में नामित किया था, जिसके खिलाफ बैंकों और सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा शुल्क नहीं लगाया जा सकता है।

बैंक अब इन शुल्कों पर प्रतिबंध हटाने की सक्रिय रूप से वकालत कर रहे हैं क्योंकि केंद्रीय बजट 1 फरवरी को समाप्त होने वाला है।
Several payment gateway service providers are defying a government notification by charging merchants a fee for enabling and using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and RuPay cards, reports Economic Times.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has queried the service providers on their stance with respect to charges for UPI and RuPay card transactions.
In August 2020, the CBDT has directed the banks to refund any fees collected for payments using RuPay or UPI.
As per a December 2019 notification, the government had designated UPI and RuPay as prescribed modes of payments against which charges cannot be imposed by banks and service providers.
However, bankers have largely opposed this prohibition on charges citing the lack of compensation for those who provide the payment infrastructure.
Last week, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had announced the formation of a fund for the development of payments infrastructure.
However, the fund will be utilised to compensate those who rope in retail shopkeepers and other essential services in the north-eastern states and other small towns.

(i) Job Profile:- BRANCH POSTMASTER (BPM) The Job Profile of Branch Post Master will include managing affairs of Branch Post Office, India Posts Payments Bank (IPPB) and ensuring uninterrupted counter operation during the prescribed working hours using the handheld device/Smartphone/laptop supplied by the Department. कभी भी किसी को भी मार सकता है। जिन लोगों में इम्यूनिटी वीक होता है उन्हें इंजेक्शन लगने का अधिक खतरा होता है। बुखार उतरने में आमतौर पर 3-4 दिन लगते हैं। लेकिन जैसे ही बुखार आता है, बहुत से लोग तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास भागते हैं। हालाँकि बुखार हमारे शरीर की रक्षा के लिए भी आता है क्योंकि शरीर का तापमान बढ़ने पर बैक्टीरिया और वायरस की वृद्धि कम होने लगती है। यह भी ध्यान रखें कि यदि शरीर का तापमान बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाता है, तो यह घातक हो सकता है। इसलिए इसे नियंत्रित करना भी आवश्यक है। तो आइए जानते हैं बुखार से छुटकारा पाने के कुछ आयुर्वेदिक उपाय।इसे पाउडर की मदद से भी हटाया जा सकता है। मादादि इन 5 प्रकार के पाउडर की मदद से, बुखार को बिना किसी दवा के ठीक किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए 2-2 चम्मच पेपरिका रूट (गांठ), कुटकी पाउडर (सोग्थी), कंटकरी पाउडर (एक सब्जी), पुष्कर रूट पाउडर को मिलाकर मिक्स करें। ये सभी चूर्ण आयुर्वेदिक या हर्बल स्टोर पर आसानी से मिल सकते हैं। राई इस चूर्ण को एक कैन में रखें। अब इसे सुबह, दोपहर और शाम को आधा चम्मच की मात्रा में शहद के साथ मिलाकर खाएं। सिवाय इसके अलावा आप अन्य उपायों में महासुदर्शन काढ़े और दशमलव काढ़े ला सकते हैं। यह भी आसानी से मिल जाएगा। इन दोनों को 10-10 मिली की मात्रा में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम लें।एक और

बुखार होने पर सबसे पहले 2 कप पानी में एक टुकड़ा अदरक, हल्दी पाउडर, 4-5 काली मिर्च पाउडर और थोड़ा सा गुड़ डालकर उबालें। इस काढ़े को दिन में 3-4 बार पीने से बुखार में तुरंत राहत मिलती है। रात को 1 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच मेथी दाना भिगोएँ। सुबह पानी को छानकर उसमें नींबू के रस की कुछ बूंदें और 1 चम्मच शहद मिलाएं और इसे पी लें। अपने आहार में लहसुन को अवश्य शामिल करें। जैतून के तेल में लहसुन की 2 लौंग को गर्म करें और इसे पैरों के तलवों पर मालिश करें।
