With the resolution dated 14/07/2021 against the number (1) taken by the Department of Education, instructions have been circulated to continue the direct teaching work in all streams of Std. 12 in the secondary and higher secondary schools of all the boards of the state. Then on 22/07/2021. In the meeting of the core committee held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, a decision has been taken to start direct education work in all secondary and higher secondary schools of the state from Std-09 to Std-11 from 26/07/2021.
Pursuant to which the following instructions are circulated:

Attendance in offline / direct education work will be mandatory for the students and for those students who do not voluntarily join the offline / direct education work, the system of on-line education will continue as before. For the actual teaching work, a written consent form has to be obtained from the parents of the students in the attached form.

Students will have to be called for classroom education as per the alternate day within the 50% capacity limit in the classrooms and adequate distance / Social Distancing between any two students in the classrooms will have to be strictly observed. In addition, proper sanitation of the classroom should be done regularly from time to time and adequate hand washing / sanitization points should be maintained in the premises of the institution. All academic and non-academic staff and students of the school must wear face masks properly and strictly follow the Covid Appropriate Behavior with regard to coVID-19.

શિક્ષણ વિભાગના વંચાણે લીધેલ ક્રમાંક (1) સામેનો તા.14/07/2021ના ઠરાવથી રાજયની તમામ બોર્ડની માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-૧૨ના તમામ પ્રવાહોમાં પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણકાર્ય ચાલુ રાખવા સુચનાઓ પરિપત્રિત કરવામાં આવેલ છે. ત્યાર બાદ તા.22/07/2021ના રોજ માન. મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને યોજાયેલ કોર કમીટીની બેઠકમાં રાજ્યની તમામ માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ-09 થી ધોરણ-11માં તા.26/07/2021થી પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય શરૂ કરવા બાબતે નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવેલ છે.
જે અન્વયે નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ પરિપત્રિત કરવામાં આવે છે:

ઓફલાઇન/પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણ કાર્યમાં હાજરી આપવી વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે મરજીયાત રહેશે તથા જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સ્વેચ્છાએ ઓફલાઇન/પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણ કાર્યમાં ન જોડાય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અગાઉની જેમ ઓન લાઇન શિક્ષણની વ્યવસ્થા વર્તમાનમાં ચાલુ રાખવાની રહેશે. પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણકાર્ય માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીઓ પાસેથી આ સાથે સામેલ નમુનામાં લેખિત સંમતીપત્ર મેળવવાનું રહેશે.

વર્ગ ખંડોમાં 50% ક્ષમતાની મર્યાદામાં એકતર દિવસ (Alternate day) મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વર્ગખંડ શિક્ષણ માટે બોલાવવાના રહેશે તેમજ વર્ગખંડોમાં કોઈ પણ બે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વચ્ચે પર્યાપ્ત અંતર/ Social Distancing નું અચૂકપણે પાલન કરાવવાનું રહેશે. વધુમાં, સમયાંતરે નિયમિતપણે વર્ગખંડનું યોગ્ય સેનેટાઈઝેશન કરવાનું રહેશે તથા સંસ્થાના પરિસરમાં હેન્ડ વૉશિંગ/સેનેટાઇઝેશન પોઇન્ટ પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં રાખવાના રહેશે.
(6)શાળાના તમામ શૈક્ષણિક અને બિન શૈક્ષણિક સ્ટાફ તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફેસ માસ્ક ફરજીયાત યોગ્ય રીતે પહેરવાનું રહેશે તેમજ coVID-19 સંદર્ભે ઉચિત વર્તણૂક (Covid Appropriate Behaviour)નું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
