The Election Commission has announced by-election dates for 56 Assembly constituencies and one Lok Sabha constituency in several states, including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Orissa, Nagaland, and Manipur. Gujarat by-election dates have finally been announced. By-election will be held on November 3 on the 8 vacant seats of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. The by-elections will be held on November 10. With the announcement of the Assembly by-elections, the implementation of the code of conduct in the constituency was announced in 8 constituencies.

In Gujarat, by-elections have been announced today in Kaprada, Dang, Limbdi, Gadha, Dhari, Morbi, Karjan, Abadsa. Jitu Chaudhary from Kaprada, Mangal Gavit from Dang, Soma Patel from Limbdi, Pravin Maru from Gadda, JV Kakadia from Dhari, Brijesh Merja from Morbi, Akshay Patel from Kaprada, and Pradyumansinh Jadeja from Abadsa resigned. As a result, these seats have become vacant.

By-elections will be held in 56 seats across the country

The Election Commission has announced by-election dates for 56 Assembly constituencies and one Lok Sabha constituency in several states, including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Orissa, Nagaland, and Manipur. Gujarat government has started a new Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana 2020-21 for women. Under this scheme, Mahila Utkarsh Juth consisting of urban and rural women can avail loans upto Rs. 1 lakh at 0% percent interest rate. People can now apply online by filling Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Form.

The main objective of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana is women empowerment. All the women would be enabled to get loans easily in a hassle free manner. The loan's interest would directly be paid by the Gujarat state government to banks.

The announcement for launch of Gujarat Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana has been made in the Gujarat Budget 2020-21 presented on 26 February 2020.

Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Online Application / Registration Form The state govt. of Gujarat has earmarked a provision of Rs. 193 crore for Gujarat Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. These small business loans would enable women to become entrepreneurs. They can start their own business and earn regular income. This scheme will make women self reliant and self dependent. As economically, socially and educationally backward Scheduled Caste students are not able to continue their studies after Std-10, government hostels are being run by the government to enable such students to get education along with other sections of the society.  is coming .  

The proposal was made from the letter dated 31/12/2017 from the Director (SC) regarding the construction of Government Kumar Hostel, Limbdi Dist. Surendranagar hostel and staff quarters.  Which has been included in the budget of the financial year 2020-21.  

The matter of its administrative approval was under consideration of the Government.  At the end of the adult consideration, for the construction of Government Kumar Hostel Limbdi, Dist. Surendranagar, hostel and staff quarters, Rs.  The new matter of lakhs is therefore subject to the following administrative approval. 

 (1) Expenditure shall be made within the limits of the budget provision made in the financial year 2020-21 and the grant allotted by the Finance Department against it.  

(2) For approval of construction work proposals, the Director (S.J.) immediately issued the existing s.O.R.  Accordingly, the technical approval of the competent authority has to be obtained by submitting drug estimates.  (3) P.M.D. in construction works.  The provisions of the manual must be followed.

 In case of approval of authority like Railways, National Highway Authority, Archaeological Department, Forest and Environment Department, Pollution Control Board, Local Authority etc., such work should be carried out only after obtaining such approval. 

 (3) While preparing the design of this work and in the implementation of the plan, the standards regarding safety and the guidelines of Gujarat State Disaster Management Agency should be strictly followed.  The instructions given in e-tendering given in 102008/1904 / y should be strictly followed.  Wherever possible the proposed construction will also have to implement a green building approach.  

(3) In case of any change in the approved estimates, adequate vigilance shall be exercised to obtain timely revised administrative approval.  Adequate budgetary provision has to be made for the present work in the current and next financial year subject to the existing rules. 

 (10) Expenditure in this regard shall be borne by the State Government in accordance with the provisions of the resolutions/circulars and rules applicable from time to time. 

 (11) The principles of financial fairness shall be enforced in respect of the costs incurred in connection with this sanction. (12) The grant allotted under this sanction may not be used for any other purpose.  The remaining amount will have to be surrendered by the end of the year.
