The State Government has decided to pay ad hoc bonus equal to o (thirty) days salary for the financial year 2017-2020o to the employees who are performing fridge in regular pay scale in class-III cadre in Sana, IA and 5th pay commission. The maximum amount of Adlac bonus is Rs. ૩૫oo / -. For the purpose of this order: (1) Salary means salary as defined in Rule 3 (3) of Gujarat Civil Service Rules, 2000. (Ii) The salary or pay scale of the place is Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform Rules 2017), Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform Rules 2006 and Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules 12). The benefit of Baun will be available subject to the Chinese conditions. (1) The benefit of Ad Hoc Bonus will be available only to Class-III employees.
Employees who have worked for at least 3 (six months in a row) will be eligible for payment in proportion to the number of jobs done under this order.
The number of months will be calculated based on the approximate whole month. (3)

Receivables will be on a reciprocal basis. Adhoc Bean Sunny Group The average salary / calculation limit will have to be decided whichever is less. To calculate one day's ad hoc bonus, you have to divide the one-year allowance by 30.5. The ad hoc bonus will then be multiplied by the number of days approved. E.g. Loose laborers who have worked for at least 30 days for each year for three years or more will be entitled to payment of this ad hoc bonus. Class-IV employees who are on deputation in the Board and Corporation during the year 2018-209 will also be eligible to get Androk Bons from the concerned Board Corporation. Employees who have availed the benefits of Hack on Ad Hoc Bonus under the orders of the concerned Board Corporation will not be entitled to the Ad Hoc Bonus under these orders. These orders will also apply to employees of 3. But under the Bonus Act, the board, the employees in the corporation to whom the bonus is paid, as I said in the order.

Adhoc bonus will not have to be paid. The above order shall apply to the Class-II employees of the State Government, Panchayats and organizations receiving 100 per cent subsidy of salary allowance to the Class-II employees of the organization whose Class-II employees have received bonus before the approval of the Government. In the above-2, the expenses incurred by this order shall be treated as the sanctioned expenditure as per the prescribed provisions of the grant-in-aid. This benefit will also have to be given to the class-4 employees above the establishment of the cabinet in special cases.
