:: Resolution :: Under Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules-2018, the salary as per the pay scale is given in reference (ii). In the case of state government employees / pensioners as per government resolution dated 18/01/2050, dt. The rate of inflation allowance has been increased with effect from 01/02/2018. Also in the case of employees / pensioners of the State Government as per the Government Resolution dated 19/06/2050 mentioned in reference (3) on the pay scale as per the pay scale under Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules-2006 with effect from 01/04/2018. Has been done.
In case of employees / pensioners receiving salary scale as per Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules-2016 and Gujarat State Service (Salary Reform) Rules-2009 at that time, from 01/06/2018 to 31/12/2017. The difference of 6 (six) months dearness allowance was due in cash. The matter of paying the difference in inflation allowance in cash was under consideration of the Government.
In case of employees / pensioners who have been ordered to increase the dearness allowance as shown in reference (2) and (3) at the end of adult consideration, from 01/06/2018 to 31/12/2018 for a total of 6 (six) months. It is therefore decided to pay in cash the difference in the dearness allowance payable as the first installment for a total period of 6 months out of the period.
In case of employees / pensioners who have been ordered to increase the dearness allowance as shown in reference (ii) and (iii) at the end of adult consideration, a total period of (six) months from 01/07/2018 to 31/12/2018. It is hereby decided to pay in cash the difference of the costly allowance payable as the first installment for a total period of 6 months.
Care should be taken to ensure that the payment is made before the festival of Diwali (dt. 16/11/3oo).
