The following instructions are circulated for the procedure to be followed for obtaining a pre-loaded Rupay card of Rs. .

1. Full name for the employee to receive the deposit under the special festival package,

To the establishment branch of the office with details of mobile number and e-mail address

Must apply in prescribed form. 2. Details of approved applications to the Head of Establishment to the Withdrawal and Distribution Officer

Will send. 3. Details of approved applications compiled by the withdrawal and distribution officer SBI,

Will send to and provide details of SBI branch to get the card. 4. Withdrawal and distribution of information after receiving the card at the concerned branch of SBI

The amount to be paid to the officer and according to the number of the card

Will also tell the details. 5. According to the number of cards, Rs. 10,000+ Rs. 12 (of card processing charge)

Rs.150 + GST ​​charge Rs. 2) The bank will have to pay by check. 6. Safety standards of the card obtained from the bank by the withdrawal and distribution officer

Maintenance will have to be distributed to the concerned employees / officers. 7. From the month following the month in which the card is handed over to the employee / officer

Advance amount in maximum 10 installments is Rs. 10000 / - should be recovered from the recovered salary.

8. Charges for getting the card are Rs. 15 / - (including GST) related to recovery

Not to be done from employee / officer. These expenses will be borne by the Government of Gujarat.
